Where are Leon Cymbals made?
Leon Cymbals are handmade in Istanbul, Turkey. Each cymbal is individually shaped, hammered, lathed and voiced by hand.
What material do you use?
Leon Cymbals are made from premium B20+ bronze.
Are all cymbals exactly the same?
No. Each Leon cymbal is a handmade instrument. Small variations in weight, appearance and tone are normal and part of the character of a handmade cymbal.
Are catalog cymbals made to order?
Most catalog cymbals are part of Leon's regular production line and are usually ready to ship in 2–4 weeks. Production time may vary depending on the model, size, finish and workshop schedule.
Can I order an exact cymbal from a video?
Yes. When exact cymbals are available, they may be listed with their exact weight, photos and video reference. Exact cymbals are usually one-of-one items.
Can I request a custom cymbal?
Yes. Custom cymbal requests are welcome. Please share the size, type, target weight, sound references, playing style and any specific details you are looking for.
Do prices include customs duties or import taxes?
Product prices do not automatically include local customs duties, VAT, import taxes or local handling fees unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, duties and taxes may vary by country.
Do you offer free shipping or duty-covered shipping?
From time to time, Leon may offer free shipping or duty-covered shipping for selected countries or eligible direct orders. These offers will be announced separately when available.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the destination country and carrier. Production time is separate from shipping time. Tracking information will be shared after the order is shipped.
