By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products

Leon Cymbals are handmade musical instruments. Each cymbal is individually shaped, hammered, lathed and voiced by hand. Small variations in weight, appearance, finish and tone are normal and part of the character of a handmade cymbal.

Product descriptions, photos, videos, weights and sound references are provided to help customers understand the general character of each model. Exact weight, appearance and sound may vary unless a specific exact cymbal is listed.

Orders

After an order is placed, we may contact you if additional information is needed for production, shipping, customs documentation or delivery.

Most catalog cymbals are usually ready to ship in 2–4 weeks. Production time may vary depending on the model, size, finish and workshop schedule.

Custom Orders

Custom Shop, special-order and custom-made cymbals are produced according to the agreed target concept. Because cymbals are handmade instruments, exact copies are not always possible. The goal is to create a cymbal that reaches the target character, feel and musical response as closely as possible.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Product prices, shipping rates, duties, taxes and local charges may vary by country.

We reserve the right to change prices, product information, shipping rates and availability without prior notice.

Shipping, Duties and Taxes

Leon Cymbals ships from Istanbul, Turkey. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other local charges depending on the destination country.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, local customs duties, taxes and handling fees may be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Warranty

Returns and warranty claims are handled according to our Refund Policy and Warranty terms. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Limitation of Liability

Leon Cymbals is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier delays, incorrect delivery information, weather events, local regulations or other circumstances outside our control.
