Leon Cymbals ships handmade cymbals worldwide from Istanbul, Turkey.
Production Time
Most catalog cymbals are usually ready to ship in 2–4 weeks. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Because every Leon cymbal is individually shaped, hammered, lathed and voiced by hand, small variations in timing may occur depending on the model, size, finish and workshop schedule. If an order requires extra time, we will contact you before shipping.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the destination country, selected shipping method and customs process. After your order is ready, we will share tracking information as soon as the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates may vary depending on destination, order value, package size, carrier and current shipping conditions.
For selected countries, Leon may use shipping rates that include shipping and import handling support. Final customs rules, duties, taxes and local charges may still vary by destination country and carrier.

Packaging
Cymbals are carefully packed for international shipping. We use protective packaging suitable for long-distance transport.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package, shipping label and cymbal. Keep all original packaging until the claim process is complete.
Türkiye Orders
For orders within Türkiye, Leon Cymbals are sold through Kıvılcım Müzik, our official local sales channel. Please contact Kıvılcım Müzik for local pricing, availability and custom cymbal requests.
