Leon Cymbals ships handmade cymbals worldwide from Istanbul, Turkey.
Production Time
Most catalog cymbals are usually ready to ship in 2–4 weeks. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Because every Leon cymbal is individually shaped, hammered, lathed and voiced by hand, small variations in timing may occur depending on the model, size, finish and workshop schedule. If an order requires extra time, we will contact you before shipping.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the destination country and selected shipping method. After your order is ready, we will share tracking information as soon as the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, package size, carrier and current shipping conditions. Any active free shipping or duty-covered launch offers will be shown separately on the website, announcement bar or checkout when available.
Packaging
Cymbals are carefully packed for international shipping. We use protective packaging suitable for long-distance transport.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package, shipping label and cymbal. Keep all original packaging until the claim process is complete.
