Return and Refund Policy
Leon Cymbals are handmade musical instruments. Each cymbal is individually shaped, hammered, lathed and voiced by hand in Istanbul. Small variations in weight, appearance, finish and tone are normal and part of the character of a handmade cymbal.
Returns
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be approved by Leon Cymbals before any item is shipped back. Please do not send any cymbal back without written approval.
To be eligible for a return, the cymbal must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with the original packaging whenever possible.
Custom Shop, special-order, custom-made, modified, selected exact cymbal and one-of-one cymbals may not be eligible for standard returns unless there is a confirmed defect, incorrect item or shipping-related issue.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping costs and any related customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees or handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is responsible for safe return packaging. Returned cymbals must be packed carefully to prevent damage during transport.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned cymbal has been received and inspected.
Original shipping, import handling, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees and local charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by Leon Cymbals or a confirmed shipping-related issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your cymbal arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the cymbal, package, shipping label and any visible damage.
Please keep all original packaging until the claim process is complete.
Warranty
Leon Cymbals provides a limited 1-year warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Warranty evaluation is handled case by case. The cymbal may need to be inspected before a replacement, repair, credit or other resolution is offered.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, stick marks, fingerprints, patina, oxidation, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, dropping, impact damage, edge damage, cracks caused by playing technique, mounting issues, excessive force or other use-related damage.
Because cymbals are musical instruments affected by playing style, setup and use conditions, each warranty claim must be reviewed individually.
