The 17” Sugar Hat is a handmade Turkish hi-hat pair. Sugar Hat is a larger Custom Shop hi-hat concept with a soft, full and dark response for expressive playing.
The Custom Shop is Leon’s special production area for distinctive models, extended concepts and cymbals built around more specific sound targets.
Each Leon cymbal is individually shaped, hammered, lathed and voiced by hand in Istanbul using premium B20+ bronze. Final weight and visual details may vary slightly within the target character of the model.
